My older brother lives in Cheyenne WY. Apparently if you own a atv and it has a working headlight and a two stage tail light(ie works as a brakelight) you can ride them on city streets without a tag.

He has a vulcan 900, he was riding it to class the other day and this kid (prolly 20ish) passes him going the other direction on a raptor atv and he said the kid gave him a biker wave. He said he had to turn and look to make sure he wasnt just seeing things but sure enough the kid was on a raptor atv.

So Leck what would you do in that situation? My brother just laughed and continued to class.

I probably would have waved while laughing. I've been caught off guard a few times by these new scooters that look like a regular motorcycle coming at you. I generally reserve the biker wave for you know, bikers. :-)
